Paul Roberts

Paul has been involved in the construction industry for the past 20 yrs. He is a registered Ber Assessor and domestic Energy Consultant. Both Paul and Sean share for good house design and the ‘passive’ approach to construction.

Sean Walsh

Sean graduated from GMIT in 2006 with a Degree in Science. Together with his brother Noel, in 2006 they incorporated S&N Energies LTD – A successful business specialising in ventilation and air tightness. New Era Homes was incorporated after Sean built his own Passive home in 2015.

Cathal Brady

Cathal holds third level qualifications in Energy Management (Wales University)and Masters in Building Services Engineering, specialising in Renewable Technologies(Brunel University, London). He is also a certified Passive House Consultant and registered NSAI Air tightness Technician.

Noel Walsh

With 15 years’ experience working as a Project Engineer and Contract Manager in highly-regulated Manufacturing and Engineering facilities Noel has vast experience and knowledge surrounding HVAC systems and all related products and components. He is proficient and Knowledge in product engineering and development, sourcing often complex and difficult to find components and he has an exceptional understanding of all facets of Project Engineering, Contract Management and developing large-scale projects in a cost-effective and productive manner.

20 Years Experience

NZEB Building Services Ltd was formed by the amalgamation of three companies, NewEra Homes Ltd, Brady Energy Consultants (BEC), S&N Energies, exclusively involved in the construction industry and with a common interest in sustainable building methods.
